Francisco A. Dizon
Chairman

Francisco A. Dizon is Chairman of the Board to several companies since 1995, most notable of which is a universal bank where he was appointed Chairman since 2002. He also sits in the Board of other companies as Director.

He finished his Master's degree in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Ateneo de Manila.

He is an active member of the Management Association of the Philippines and the Makati Business Club.

Renato M. Tanseco
Vice-Chairman

Concurrent to his position as Vice Chairman of BPO International, Rene Tanseco is Chairman and/or Director of several companies. Rene is a member of the Semiconductor & Electronics Industries in the Philippines and the LISPI Locators Association.

Rene earned his Master's degree in Industrial Management from the University of the Philippines, where he also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy.

Rene is affiliated with membership clubs like the Manila Polo Club, Manila Golf and Country Club and Baguio Country Club, among others.

Robert Y. Cokeng
Chairman of the Executive Committee

Robert Cokeng is currently President and CEO of five (5) companies, and Chairman of an IT services provider. He was previously connected with the International Finance Corporation (World Bank group) as senior investment officer.

Robert finished his MBA with high distinction as a Baker scholar at the Harvard Business School. He also graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree under the economics honors program of the Ateneo de Manila University.

Paul C. Pilao
President and CEO

Before joining BPO International, Mr. Pilao was the Managing Director of Leapfrog Ventures and Strategic Services, Inc., a Philippine-based company which provides strategic consulting and business process outsourcing services.

Mr. Pilao was previously connected with BearingPoint, Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting), one of the world's largest providers of management and technology consulting services, which he joined in 1992 and where he was admitted to the partnership in 1997.  While at Bearing Point, Mr. Pilao was based in New York City where he led BearingPoint’s World-Class Finance Practice in the conceptualization and implementation of shared service centers, performance management systems, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance solutions, finance transformation programs and reporting systems.  Clients that he worked with include: AT&T, CSFB, FedEx, GE, JPMorgan Chase, Motorola, Siemens and Xerox.

In 1986, Mr. Pilao completed his Masters of Business Administration concentrating in Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University - Graduate School of Business in Manchester, New Hampshire.  He finished his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Philippines in 1984.

Amparo A. Alarilla
Chief Operating Officer

Ampy Alarilla spent almost 11 years with the Audit and Business Advisory service line of SGV & Co., and was involved in the audits of manufacturing, construction and real estate companies and hospitals. Ampy was a manager when she transferred to the BPOFO service line where she stayed for the next 6 years. Ampy handled various BPO engagements in payroll, finance and accounting, as well as procurement (supplier accreditation) services and had an active role in pioneering the latter service offering. Ampy attended various seminars sponsored by Arthur Andersen in St. Charles, Illinois.

Ampy, a consistent Dean's lister, graduated from St. Scholastica's College with a degree in Commerce. She placed 19th in the 1983 CPA Board Examination. She attended the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management in 1995.

Elizabeth P. Fernandez
Chief Business Development Officer

Bess Fernandez was Chief Financial Officer of a multinational company engaged in health maintenance for almost 6 years prior to rejoining the Audit and Business Advisory service line of SGV & Co. in 1995. Bess was involved in the audits of banks, insurance companies and other financial service institutions, telecommunications, as well as international nonprofit organizations. Bess transferred to the BPOFO service line in 2000, where she handled BPO accounts primarily related to finance and accounting services.

Bess attended various training programs sponsored by Arthur Andersen in St. Charles, Illinois, as a participant and a facilitator in its Asia Pacific training school for auditors.

Bess is a magna cum laude accounting graduate from the University of the East. She attended the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management in 1996, and finished with distinction.

Lorena D. Davadilla
Chief Finance and Administration Officer

Loren Davadilla started with the BPOFO service line of SGV & Co. in 1996 as an Executive until her promotion to director in 2001. She handled several BPO engagements in payroll, finance and accounting. Prior to joining BPOFO, Loren has had experience in other industries in her capacity as finance and accounting manager.

Loren, a CPA, graduated magna cum laude from the University of the East. She was cited as the Most Outstanding Graduate, having been the president of its Accounting Society and a consistent Dean's Lister. Loren took up masters in business management at the graduate school of business and economics of the De La Salle University.

Loren is currently a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Aida N. Hornilla
Chief Human Resources Officer

Prior to joining BPO International as Human Resources Director, Aida worked for more than 18 years with a multinational financial services conglomerate which offered life insurance, pre-need plans and HMO products.

Aida has substantial exposure in design, implementation and maintenance of various human resources programs and services. Her combined experience in human resources administration and consultancy services gave her actual exposure in recruitment, manpower placement & executive search, compensation, retirement plan, payroll, benefits, and other human resources programs.

Aida graduated Cum Laude from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in BS Business Management (major in Marketing and Management).

She completed her fellowship designation, Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) from Life Office Management Association (LOMA), a training and education center catering to education needs of insurance workforce globally.

Raquel M. Crisostomo
Chief Technology Officer

Qae Crisostomo was an executive at the Business Consulting service line of SGV & Co. in 2002 before she transferred to the BPOFO service line to be a member of its Technical Support team. She specializes in custom system analysis and design, as well as in custom system development and implementation.

Qae graduated cum laude from Saint Paul's College of Manila, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
