Financial Systems Manager

College Degree in Accounting

The Financial Systems Manager has broad responsibility for the functional management of the financial information system. The primary objectives for this position are to ensure that all finance and finance-related modules are working effectively and efficiently; finance personnel are trained in the use of the system; the data has integrity; and financial reporting is occurring timely and accurately.

Ensures compliance to BPO financial, statutory and business unit reporting requirements and deadlines including updates on monthly rolling forecast, monthly performance reports, and adhoc reports in coordination Finance and Admin Head.

Coordinates with various departments to obtain data needed for the preparation of financial reports;

Assists in the preparation of monthly results commentaries explaining actual performance of BPOI business versus prior year and plan.
