August 2010 – BPOI Passed ISO 9001:2008 Certification Audit
In our pursuit of bolstering service quality, BPOI implemented Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2008 framework.
BPO International passed the certification audit conducted by QAS International an independent certifying body operating in UK and selected international markets for 10 years with 7,000 clients worldwide. QAS is a member of European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
