March 2010 – One Step Notch in Service Quality and Innovation
BPOI started the year by implementing tactical initiatives to achieve higher levels of service quality. These initiatives include:
• Stricter quality assurance process
• More frequent account and service review sessions with clients
• 100% service incident reporting
• Quality Awareness and "Zero Defect" Campaign
• Implement Quality Management System using ISO 9001:2008 framework
• Implement Information Security Management System using ISO 27001:2005 framework
• Roll-out Online Services to provide Employee Self-service (ESS) applications
These initiatives complement our SAS 70 Type II compliance for 4 consecutive years and usage of SAP HCM in our solution.
