Eric Riego de Dios leads Business Process Outsourcing International (BPOI) as its President and CEO, bringing over 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience from global giants such as Citi, IBM, and Baker McKenzie. A pioneer in the Shared Services and BPO industry, Eric is a recognized "Transformation Enabler" and a champion of capability development and people analytics. His leadership at BPOI is anchored in the organization's 30-year "History of Trust" and its prestigious SGV/EY heritage. Eric’s expertise in strategic business partnership and organizational development has earned him numerous accolades, including the PMAP Exemplar Award for People Management and a place among the "100 Global HR Heroes." He previously served as the 2018 chair of the GICC HR Committee and the IBPAP Capability Building Committee, helping shape the national BPO ecosystem.

A top psychology graduate from the University of the Philippines with postgraduate education from La Salle and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Eric is dedicated to driving BPOI toward a future of data-driven service excellence. Under his leadership, BPOI continues to provide world-class, fully managed Finance & Accounting and HR solutions, allowing Global Fortune 500 and Philippine Top 1000 clients to scale with confidence.

Chief Operating Officer

Serves as BPOI’s Chief Operating Officer, bringing a rare combination of deep institutional knowledge and forward-looking operational leadership to the executive team. Sheila has been with BPOI since its transition following the acquisition from SGV in 2002, providing her with a unique understanding of the company’s evolution, culture, and values—enabling her to lead with both continuity and innovation. Prior to her appointment as COO, she led BPOI’s HR Outsourcing operations, delivering payroll and statutory services to over 500 clients across diverse industries while spearheading large scale digitization and automation initiatives.

As Chief Operating Officer, Sheila oversees the end-to-end delivery of BPOI’s HR and Finance & Accounting services, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustained value for clients—reinforcing BPOI’s position as a trusted and leading outsourcing partner in the Philippines.

Chief Finance Officer

Madiline “Glay” Garcia is the Chief Finance Officer of Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. A Certified Public Accountant, Glay brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.

She began her career at BPO International, gaining a first-hand understanding of the Company’s business, operations, and culture. For most of her career, she was part of the Finance & Accounting Outsourcing Operations, supporting clients and gaining broad exposure to financial processes, industry practices, and service delivery. Glay later transitioned to the internal finance function, taking on increasing leadership responsibilities. This progression has given her a holistic view of the organization, connecting client-facing operations with internal financial reporting and aligning financial strategy with business objectives.

As CFO, Glay is committed to strengthening financial stability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the Company’s mission through practical financial management

Nestor (Chowkie) Bernese serves as BPOI’s Chief People Officer, bringing over 17 years of leadership experience and a deep commitment to developing human potential. He joined BPOI in 2015 as Head of Talent Acquisition, where his expertise and passion for people quickly made a lasting impact on the organization’s culture and talent strategy.

In his current role, Chowkie leads BPOI’s entire people ecosystem including Recruitment, Training & Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Corporate Communications, and Admin & Facilities. He is known for championing growth, cultivating meaningful employee experiences, and fostering environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.

Chowkie’s leadership philosophy is simple yet powerful: when people grow, organizations flourish a principle that continues to guide BPOI’s people strategy.

Chief Revenue Officer

Rafa da Silva leads Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. on all finance, accounting, payroll, benefits administration, time-keeping, and/or any other human resources outsourcing related revenue generating functions within the organization as the Chief Revenue Officer.

He drives sustainable growth through integrated sales, supporting client relationship management, marketing and service innovation.

He is responsible for developing scalable go-to-market strategies, expanding client accounts, identifying new revenue streams and ensuring alignment across all commercial teams to meet strategic objectives in a competitive and dynamic outsourcing landscape.

Rafa also manages and recruits the Sales Team to assist in meeting budgets and keeping clients informed, responding and resolving client requirements.

He is also part of the Executive and Management Committee member contributing to strategic decision-making and cross functional alignment. Moreover, he is responsible for driving key initiatives, business growth and collaborating with the Board of Directors and Senior Leaders to shape company direction and culture.

Rafa is a Sales and Marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. The most recent 10 years were spent with multinational insurance brokerage firms Aon and Marsh McLennan focusing on Property and Casualty Insurance; Employee Health and Benefits consulting; Wellness solutions and Risk Management.

In addition, he is regionally certified in Investment Sales with multidisciplinary expertise across Banking, Global Equities, Hospitality and Property Management.

Ronald Arante

Chief Technology Officer

Ronald Arante is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of BPO International, bringing over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in technology strategy, IT governance, digital transformation, and enterprise operations.

As CTO, Ronald leads the organization’s technology vision, focusing on core systems modernization, automation and AI, enterprise data security, and business continuity and resilience. He plays a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, supporting BPO International’s transition toward scalable, secure, and revenue-enabling digital platforms.

Ronald is an ITIL-certified technology leader with deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS and Azure), cybersecurity and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2), DevOps, IT service management, and financial governance. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale system implementations, cloud migrations, automation programs, and shared services operations across multiple industries, including banking, fintech, telecommunications, utilities, and gaming.

Known for his ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution, Ronald has driven operational efficiency, strengthened security posture, and enabled business growth through innovation. His leadership emphasizes resilience, scalability, and long-term value creation for both clients and stakeholders.
